i've been on, like,
a lot of farms lately...
For some reason, multiple scripts that I've written this last year take place on farms...
With live animals.
I'm from Los Angeles, and I had literally never even seen a farm animal until I moved to Utah in 2019.

When we were on set for Darigold,
I was extremely freaked out by the cows and their empty eyes.
So to humanize them, I named them:
